We always like to head for the ice cream parlor on our tours to Bützow, all the ice cream variations, simply delicious.

Great selection of homemade ice cream. Very nice and fast service. Great little pavilion. Anytime again 😊

The soft ice cream tastes very good. We'd love to come back!

We wanted to have an ice cream or a coffee with four people. The staff was extremely rude. We were asked if we had made a reservation. If we did not have. We should then take a seat at a table where even 4 small children could only have sat very cramped. We were not told that one could also sit outside, there were several tables available. We then left again. My first and last visit there.

We went to the ice cream parlor several times. Ice cream and food were always good. The service was very unfriendly. During the last visit we had to wait a long time until she came to our table. We wanted to order something to eat and she said we weren't serious. She then had to ask in the kitchen if we could get anything. We could only order the schnitzel with french fries or croquettes. We were there before 5:00 p.m. that day, so it's no problem to order food if it's open until 6:00 p.m. After being served rude several times, we don't go here anymore.

The warm dishes are delicious and really inexpensive. The baked ice cream is a dream. Big compliments to the kitchen! Why are some of the staff so extremely unfriendly and in a bad mood? I would have liked to have given 10 stars, because the development is great, but with such a morose lady (August 2nd in the evening) it is not enough for more than 4 stars. Unfortunately you piss off the guests ...

We only came to the ice cream parlor shortly before 6 p.m. and were served extremely courteously. The sundaes are very tasty, we would love to come back.

Ate lunch on May 15, 2020 for my wife's birthday. Why? Very good atmosphere, very good service. Most of all a very good meal. Finally, a sundae from a variety, I do not know where this offer is still available. Thank you for your preparation for this visit. We keep coming back.

We love to come here! The employees are great, even under the most stress, the ice cream is super delicious and waffles, crepe and co just great. They put so much effort into it and everything always looks great. The children's ice cream cups are all so beautiful, our children love the surprises and cannot decide what to take.
